Exchange and Returns Policy

You may exchange or return your purchases within 24 hours from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:

Perfumes will be refunded or replaced as per the following conditions:

If there are factory defects as the following:

  • There is a leak in the perfume bottle.
  • The print or product name is unclear.
  • If there is a clear fracture or crack.

Conditions for exchanging a product without defects are as the following:

  • If replacing a product without defects, the customer bears the shipping costs.
  • If replacing a damaged product, the customer will not bear the shipping costs.
  • The reason for return must be in conformity with the return policy.
  • Please contact customer service within 24 hours if you receive a damaged / incomplete product during the shipping process. In this case, all products will be returned in addition to the free gifts attached. If not, the return process will be rejected.
  • We will check the returned item. If it appears that there are no damages caused by misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in the appropriate manner for you. A response will be made within a maximum period of 5-7 days from our customer service team receiving the returned product.
  • If it is found during the examination process that the product to be returned id free of the reason mentioned in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you and if it meets the policy of exchange or return, our customer service team will contact you to agree with you on a method of refunding. And in case of replacing a product that is not free of defects, we will send you a purchase voucher that is not exempt from shipping fees. If the replaced product has defects, we will send you a purchase voucher exempted from shipping fees.
